Hi, I'm Katie - a Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coach (KMCC).  I'd love to share the story of how I got here. 

I had a creative job, but had lost the feeling of freedom and joy that creativity used to give me.

High pressure, stress, deadlines and the need for ‘perfection’ had left me feeling burnt-out, overwhelmed and stuck.

I wanted to feel ‘in the flow’ again, but creativity had begun to feel heavy and so I procrastinated.  I sat staring at a blank page not knowing where to start or how to make creativity feel natural again. 

I was ready for a transition.

I discovered Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching ™ (KMCC) and it has been life changing!

I found the tools I needed to reclaim my creative energy and find so much joy in the process.    My mindset shifted and I was able to do all those creative things I used to enjoy without feeling any pressure to perform.

I could create freely again and enjoy the wellbeing that creativity gives us and I want to help others do the same!

I bring this passion for imagination and curiosity with me into my Coaching practice alongside an understanding of the impact a high pressure job and stress can have on our creativity and wellbeing.

I have a small studio in Cornwall, UK. I love to travel, snorkel, the desert, mountains and festivals. I once ran a double marathon and my legs still haven’t forgiven me!
